  • What should I do if I do not agree with the booking conditions?

    If you have any questions about booking, or you are not satisfied with any of the conditions, you can always contact the booking department, and we will be able to offer you more favorable conditions. We are always happy to meet you halfway and do everything for your comfortable stay.

  • What documents do I need to have with me when I check into the hotel?

    A passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or a foreign passport.

  • What should I do if I forgot something at the hotel?

    To search for lost items, please contact the hotel directly. If you immediately report the loss of an item, there is a high probability that it will be found.

  • How much does a late check-out cost?

    Late check-out is charged before 18:00 for each hour (the cost of an hour depends on the room rate), after 18:00 to 23:59 half of the room rate is paid.
